Excellent experience with Elizabeth and Tom. Changed all of my insurance coverage to State Farm. Auto, homeowners, atv/utv and motorcycle with a savings of over $500 on my policies. Thank you for making the process easy, I emailed Elizabeth and always had a prompt response to questions and changes. Elizabeth and Tom are super friendly and professional, policies were explained in detail at the office when the papers were all signed, I will highly recommend them to friends and family.

I use the lowville office state farm…..With Tom and Elizabeth in that office I'm telling you i can not be beyond grateful that i had chosen to work with them for not only my vechile but my home owners insurance! Recently I had water damage happen to a ceiling, Tom and Elizabeth went above and beyond and dealt with MANY calls from me (Ive never had to use my home owners insurance so I was walking into it all blind) they continued to put me their customer first above everything checked to make sure my claim went as smooth as possible and when it looked to be at a stand still cause of issues with the claims rep (which they dont have control over) they stepped in and stepped up! They put in a request for someone to come out in person to examine the damage, they submitted all the photos I sent them and made my life a thousand times easier. I work two jobs and have kids so i dont have a lot of free time so they took a LOT of weight off my shoulders, they addressed any issues i had with ease. As long as Tom and Elizabeth is in that lowville office i will be sticking with them and hope my children find that its one of the best insurance options in upstate NY. THANK YOU TOM AND ELIZABETH a 5 star rating is no where near high enough for what you guys did to help me navigate everything! Also a huge thank you to Andre and the field team that called and came out to my home they had great communication with me to get the job complete!
